MY JOURNEY
WHAT LEAD ME TO BECOME A COACH

After living the first 23 years of my life in a conformist environment and a stable family, I spent more than 23 years adapting to changes and reinventing myself. Since 2000, I have been living abroad (Dubai, Amsterdam, London, San Francisco) with my husband and our 3 daughters Mahaut (2005), Inès (2008) and Louise (2012).

The experience of successive expatriations has sometimes unsettled me, leaving me with a feeling of powerlessness, loss of self-confidence and vulnerability. Being engaged in projects that were aligned with me, making me feel that I was belonging helped me keep an inner balance.

As we moved from country to country, I was fortunate to discover cultures that were very different from mine and worked in different fields:

  • Swatch Brand manager in the Middle East,

  • Founder of a relocation agency in Dubai and London,

  • Parenting trainer in London and San Francisco

Paradoxically, these moves have both shaken my inner balance and offered me the gift of walking towards myself. Far from the pressure that my culture was exerting on the construction of my identity, I was able to let myself be influenced by other ways of apprehending life and felt freer to Become Me.

I was only partially aware of this need for alignment until it became clear during a coaching program that I attended in 2017. I realized that I needed to address behavioral patterns that were taking me away from who I was. I also realized that I had the desire to help others unfold their True Nature. As with my previous jobs, I was drawn to support people in their own journey: to settle down in a new country in Dubai and London, to parent their children in London and San Francisco, and now to give birth to their True Nature.

In 2018, I decided to become a Life Coach and signed up for the PCC (Professional Coaching Course) at New Ventures West in San Francisco. It was a year of exploration of myself and others, intense academic work, meeting fascinating people who are passionate about the same subjects as me. After my certification and  a year coaching clients, I felt the need to enrich my practice and joined Aletheia Academy (Oct 2020). It allowed me to deepen my knowledge and practice of coaching, my ability to hold space to welcome all the situations, topics and issues that my clients bring to coaching sessions and heightened the level of consciousness from which I coach.

My invitation is to support you in...

  • Unfolding and discovering the infinite resources that lie dormant within you to meet the challenges you are facing in your life,

  • Getting closer to who you are,

  • Becoming authentic and true to yourself rather than what you think others expect of you,

  • Shedding the roles you unconsciously play to feel accepted,

  • Becoming aware of your “auto-pilot” behaviors that take you away from your truth,

  • Inviting joy again in your life!
