Let go of the person you think you should be.

Embrace and love who you really are.

“We would all be transformed if we had the courage to be what we are. »

Marguerite Yourcenar

You aspire to more authenticity in your life and your relationships.

Sometimes you realize thatyou betray yourself to stay true to what others expect of you. You would like to be able to be yourself and no longer have to play a role to be accepted by your friends, your family, your spouse, your colleagues…

Despite this desire to be yourself, your behavior (what you do, think and say) emerges from you in "auto-pilot" mode. You see yourself being and acting without being able to control yourself and yet, you know that deep inside you there is a desire to be true.

In my coaching programs, I help you todiscover and deploy the Being hidden behind the “personalities” that you embody on a daily basis and who, despite their good intentions, prevent you from accessing your True Nature. This disconnection often manifests itself through various blockages in the fluidity of your life (emotional, cognitive, relational, somatic, sexual, existential, spiritual, energetic, etc.) and in the way you look at yourself.

“Being authentic is having the courage to be who you really are, without mask or pretension. It is accepting your vulnerability and imperfection, and having enough confidence in yourselfto show yourself as you are, without being afraid of the judgment of others."

Deepak Chopra
